Our Food is consuming itself.

I would like to bet that the average person would have no idea what kind of crap we put in our animal food. I am not talking about that new media story about dog food and cat food. I am talking about something much worse and more criminal.

Did you know that pig feed contains dried pig blood. There is also something called Pork meal. I don't need to explain what it is but pigs do eat it. Ever wonder what happens to chicken beaks, feet, and all the other wonderful parts that are not deepfried by KFC? Let me tell you. Chickens eat them. As I recall using this practice of feeding the same animal back to that same animal is how we got Mad cow disease. We were feeding cow parts to cows.

What I want to know is who would come up with the idea of feeding cows to cows or pigs to pigs? Then what makes someone listening to that idea agree that this is a good idea. The thought in itself is absolutely stupid.

Have you heard that Harvey's is now going to have 2% of all its egg and pork products that it sell are going to be Free Range. All I have to say about this is ...
Someone said that 2% is a good start. I say that 2% is still 98% percent from perfect. If you brought home 2% of your pay cheque or if the sun was to shine 2% of the day, or you were healthy only 2% of your life, would you say ... hey this is a good start? I am not trying to be a "the glass is half empty" kinda guy ...but seriously that is really stupid.

Feeding pigs to pigs and so forth is just the beginning. Let me continue. Ever hear about a company called Pfizer. They make the little blue pill that makes old men 20yrs younger. Pigs also enjoy the little blue pill. It gets put in their feed. That is the tip of the iceburg.

We grow chickens at such a great rate that some of them get so large that they cannot walk. Pigs are taken away from their mothers at 4 days old.

I am not proposing a solution I am simply reporting it. Fence sitting.
